Our third annual London dating conference brought together the international industry for a day of talks, debate and networking.
The one-day conference saw some of the biggest names in the industry tackling the most important questions in online dating, looking at monetisation, product, growth and consolidation.
Running from 10am – 4pm at The Grange, St Paul’s in London, the day included lunch, two coffee breaks and drinks & networking in the bar upstairs after the conference finished at 4pm.
We are delighted to announce that Tinder, The Meet Group, The League, Facebook, Paktor, App Annie and Microsoft all spoke at this year’s conference.
Brian Norgard, the Chief Product Officer of Tinder, spoke at the industry event, our third annual London conference.
Joining the company in January 2015 as Head of Revenue, Norgard and his team have turned Tinder into a top 10 grossing app, while also helping to conceive of some of Tinder’s most successful features such as the Super Like, Tinder Boost and forthcoming Likes You.
We were also thrilled to have Amanda Bradford, the Founder & CEO of international exclusive dating startup The League speaking on PR strategy, and Jim Bugden, the SVP of Corporate Development at The Meet Group gave a talk on consolidation in a fragmented landscape.
Alex Tam from Southeast Asia dating leader Paktor also gave a fascinating talk on key insights from its online-to-offline business, the star of this year’s Audience With Facebook Enno Joensson spoke about measuring marketing data, Microsoft’s Simon Jacobson spoke about search marketing, and App Annie’s Paul Barnes presented about data being the secret to dating app success.
A massive thanks also goes out to our brilliant sponsors for the event, who all presented at the event on the day.
